I would recommend Guy to anyone looking for a personal trainer. I started training as I didn't have any spare time with 2 young kids, I was unfit and wanted to lose weight. Guy came and did an initial session with me and he was really professional and clearly knew his stuff. I booked 10 more sessions and then trained once a week after work. The first few sessions were really challenging and I found it hard, but after a few weeks I really looked forward to our sessions and increased them to twice a week and even started running! I found Guy to be professional and knowledgeable, he advised me on things like nutrition making it simple and easy to change my diet. I was also really impressed that Guy would plan sessions which really challenged me but left me on a high and not completely exhausted! If you're thinking of doing some training I would absolutely recommend Guy, training with him is fun, and I'm much fitter now
